South Australia is deepening its relationship with Indonesia and West Java in particular, as part of our South East Asia Engagement Strategy.
Earlier this year, the South Australian Government led its first business mission to Indonesia, visiting Jakarta and Bandung, where the first meeting of the working group was held.
During September this year we welcomed guests from Indonesia to South Australia for OzAsia Festival and INDOFest – a cultural showcase of Indonesian cuisine and culture.
West Java also participated in our Royal Adelaide Show to showcase West Java produce, particularly textiles and handicraft.
